You may:

• read, download and print content for personal, study or research use
• quote short passages from my papers, with a clear citation (author, title, year, link)

You may not, without my written permission:

• republish, sell or edit my papers or other content
• use my photo or CV for anything other than evaluating me for study, research or work
• copy the site in bulk, including for training AI models

My papers reflect my own views at the time of writing. They do not represent the views of the University of Bologna, Dickinson College, the Hertie School, or any other institution I am or was part of. Some papers were written as coursework. They are shared for academic discussion, not as professional or legal advice.

I try to keep everything correct and up to date. I cannot promise that it always is. Information on this site, including my CV, may change without notice.

The site links to outside pages, such as LinkedIn. I do not control them and I am not responsible for their content or their privacy practices. When I added a link, I saw nothing illegal on that page. If I learn that a linked page breaks the law, I will remove the link.

Please use the contact form only for real messages. No spam, no advertising, no harmful or illegal content. I may ignore or delete messages that break this rule.

The site is offered free of charge and “as is”. I am liable without limit for damage caused on purpose or by gross negligence, and for harm to life, body or health. For simple negligence, I am liable only where the law does not allow me to exclude it. I do not guarantee that the site is always online or free of errors.

These terms are governed by German law. If you live in the EU as a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your own country. Where the law allows it, the courts of Berlin have jurisdiction.

I may update these terms at any time. The date at the top shows the latest version. If one part of these terms is invalid, the rest stays valid.
